SHIPPING POLICY

At DremaZone, we aim to provide seamless shipping services through our trusted third-party courier partners. Below is our detailed shipping policy, covering everything from shipping timelines to returns and refunds.

General Shipping Information

We ship products domestically across all regions of India using reliable third-party courier services. Once your order is processed, shipping times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or strikes.

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday). Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Delivery Time: After handling time, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 15 business days (Monday to Saturday), depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to courier issues. In such cases, we will notify you and provide updates.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: ₹100 for orders below ₹500

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹500

  • COD Charges: May apply additionally

International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within India.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We currently do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. Please place separate orders for different addresses.

P.O. Box & APO/FPO Addresses

We do not deliver to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete residential or business address.

Damaged or Defective Products

We ensure secure packaging, but in rare cases, products may arrive damaged.

If this happens:

  • Email us at support@DermaZone.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share your order number + clear images of the product

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.

Note:

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days

  • The complete process may take up to 30 days depending on the case

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, original packaging, same condition

Return Shipping

  • Customer bears return shipping cost

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods

Lost or Stolen Packages

DremaZone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your order is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or courier

  • Contact us for assistance

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

  • Incorrect address may lead to delays or loss

  • Re-shipping will be at customer’s expense
